There is no exact approach to create "paired ports" on Device42, but we can use cable with two cables endpoints and then each end will be connected to a port as a best possible workaround.

First let us create a cable with multiple end points:

Then create a cable which has origin point to the previously created paired cable and the end point to a Patch Panel port:
