- Running a daily job for Ping Sweeps. When an IP address is no longer in use it still shows as in use on device42.
- To release the IPs and show as available
- You can go to Tools > Auto Clean Rules
- Click on Add auto clean rule
- Name the rule
- Select IP as the object type
- Select number of days
- Click on the checkbox “Clear device/mac and change status to available.
- Save
