  1. To Setup the Integration, Please Ensure that you have checked the Enable SSO option on the Device42 External Integration. See Step 4 of the External Integration setup above.

 

If you receive an error that 'No user with email found'

Verify there is a local user with Superuser Status in Device42 with the same email address as an agent in Freshservice.
