Define a cloud account as an object

I think it would be useful to define a cloud account as a specific object within D42 that you can add custom fields to and potentially link with other objects such as Business Applications. At the moment you have cloud instance information linked to a device but you can't interact with it in any way. Would be good for it to be a specific resource type that can be interacted with like a device, asset or business app.
