Allow for one to many relationship between vendor and account

Today, the vendor object assumes that we will have one and only one account with a single vendor.  Sadly, this is not the case.  We often are required to establish multiple accounts with larger vendors to support different services or different geographic locations.  

To manage this today, I must create duplicate vendors with variations on the vendor name (e.g. Rogers Communications (wired internet), Rogers Communications (co-lo), etc.)

I would like to see support for multiple accounts from a single vendor.
