Change the Secrets table to fully store SNMP v3 credentials as one item
Using multiple secrets to store a single SNMP v3 is a pain.
Allow the Secret attributes to vary by type (SNMPv1, SNMPv2c, SNMPv3, BasicAuth, ...)
Then allow the use of multiple secrets (types SNMPv2c, SNMPv3) for SNMP scans - the Secret would contain the protocol details and all of the fields.

Agreed some attention needs to paid to way in which SNMPv3 secrets are entered and stored. SNMPv3 is a required part of most large companies InfoSec/SOC2 and PCI standards. in 18.06 it is still cumbersome and confusing. This Feature enhancement really should be considered/classified as defect and addressed
