Create Checkbox for EoL and EoS for unannounced

It would be beneficial if there was improved support for EoL/EoS.

By adding a checkbox to each EoL and EoS labeled:

• Unannounced

This would greatly help with reporting where during audits an EoL or EoS is required. If there is nothing filled in, eg. unnannounced, this requires manual input to change.

Also, it is misleading for managing EoL/EoS because if something is blank one might assume that this is because somebody forgot to input the information, not because the date hasn't been announced.

So when a report is run, it would be beneficial to see Unannounced in the place of blanks for this situation, and an actual blank would mean that the information is missing and needs to be addressed.

 This would also be good to see in the UI for any component where a EoL/EoS is supported. So that instead of seeing a blank, one could see that the date just hasn't been announced.
