Add the ability to get devices with detailed output by tag

Please add the ability in the API to retrieve all devices that are tagged with a specified tag with detailed output.  Currently one can retrieve all the devices with detailed output (GET /api/1.0/devices/all/), but not filter by tag.  Or devices can be retrieved filtering by tag (GET /api/2.0/devices/?tags=tagname), but it only retrieves a small subset of the columns for a device.
