Any Way to Lock the Service Level Entry?

Hi,

I am looking for a way to lock the Service Level entry for any devices, mean, once the devices' service level is changed, no scheduled auto discovery must change the service level back to something else. I have devices in Pre-Production that gets changed to Production every time auto discovery runs.

  Hey Dhiman,

  They way we've approached this is to have discovery jobs not set service level. This way it does not get overwritten. In your specific case you could probably do the initial discovery then change the Service level settings later.
