End User Searching and Life-Cycling

When I do a search for an End User, i'd like the system to also list what devices/assets have been assigned to that End User in the search results, I don't want to have to go into the End User record and then to the device/asset.

Also, when Lifecycling in bulk can we set a LifeCycle action to request End User per device?
