Power Off/Power Cycle link from Device info page

Given that a device page shows the power outlets it's connected to on the "Other" tab, it would be useful to have the ability to:

A) power off/on

B) power-cycle

*all* outlets for the given device from the device page itself.

Since most devices are dual-power-supply now, a single button that allows multiple outlets (all outlets assigned to the device) to be controlled in this manner would be very helpful- rather than having to open up two different PDU pages, and power off each outlet individually.
