Add the "Add new IP" drop down to /22 and /23 masked networks

This friendly drop down is really helpful with my sys admins that need to pick an IP.  We have a few networks that are using a /22 or /23 and then you have to manually fill out the 2 boxes.  Would it be possible to have a drop down for those networks like the attached screenshot?  Thanks!
