Virtual IPs

Hi,

Could we have a new type for IPs "virtual".

Maybe with the addtion that this IP can be on multiple Devices.

  VIPS would be great. We currently utilize the Cluster section of Device42 to setup our VIPS. Not the greatest way to do it, but it worked then and still works now. But a new and improved way to handle VIPs would be welcomed
