Allow use of warm-standby as read-only database for API calls

We would like to use the API of the warm-standby host to have it simply be a resource for scripting (reporting). There would be no users logging into the GUI.

  a pure read-only warm-standby would be an awesome idea, especially if something happens to the productive instance (failed upgrade, etc.)
