Remove VLANs not found during SNMP autodiscovery

We run a couple of SNMP autodiscoveries against our switches using CDP/LLDP, but after removing VLANs from the switches, they still remain in D42. It would be nice to have them removed from D42 if they don't acutally exist in the switches, so reality is reflected in the documentation.
