Read-only mode

It would be nice, for various situations, to be able to put Device42 into read-only mode. One obvious use case is for warm-failover (putting the replication slave into read-only makes sense to prevent people from making changes that would be wiped out when the next backup is automatically restored).

  Heh, so, I'm currently doing warm-HA, so... I'm not really sure what I was thinking 5 months ago.

  I'm not sure when the option was offered but I don't think it was around 5 months ago. I know I was looking for something similar back in Q1 and I'm pretty sure the warm-HA thing didn't exist. So, you're not crazy ;)
