Better Password Security Management

Needing to set permissions per password in device42 is messy and cumbersome. Further, there's no way to catch when this has been done incorrectly and can lead to passwords entered in device42 that no one has access to. The "default password permisisons" (https://support.device42.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/211190048-Default-Password-permissions) don't help if you have two separate groups of users that use device42 for password management and can't share passwords.

We'd prefer if permissions could be assigned to password categories and passwords were required to have a category. This would make it much easier for ensure passwords were permissioned properly and make it much easier to add new passwords to device42.
