Don't add discovery target IP as a device IP for OneView discovery

When a device is discovered by a OneView discovery in addition to an OS discovery, the OneView appliance IP (the discovery target IP) is added as an IP address of the device.  This seems like incorrect behaviour, especially since that's not the case for VMWare discovery.
