Hi Team,

We are planning to upgrade Jira from 9.8 to V10.3. But looks like your addon is not supported in Jira 10

When will be the supported version of device42 will be released for V10.3 Jira

  The work is in progress but there is no exact ETA yet, seems you have a support ticket opened already for it, we will keep you posted there.
