Advanced Search - Begins\End with

Currently advanced search only has "contains" and "not contains" operators when doing partial string matches.  It would be great if it would also support "Begins With" and "Ends With" operators. 

This comes in handy when searching for devices by hostname prefix \ suffix when a standardized naming conventions are in use.
