    1.  The start date will be based on the date you purchase the license, not when you insert it.   

    2.  When a license expires, the functionality is disabled and you will need to renew your license.  You may contact your Account Executive or you can reach out to support@device42.com so the proper team can assist  you.  Please Note:  While the license is disabled, the data remains safe as no data is deleted or removed.
