Health endpoint for Remote Collectors

Would be great to see a health endpoint on the remote collector appliance (like /healthstats on main appliance).

A simple "status: OK" or comparable would be sufficient.

Use cases, e.g.

- Application Gateway on Azure - to provide health checks for backend

- Monitoring
