Automation based on device name pattern

I was wondering if D42 could automate location, tagging, assigning custom fields and other potential jobs based on the Device Name prefix, suffix or specific string. A lot of servers are named based on location, device type and function. Ability to automate this would be really helpful. An option would be to provide a visual verification process such as a report of devices before the tagging is applied.

  I second this request, as we follow a similar naming convention that could be leveraged with a pattern matching approach to application mapping. This would bring Device42 inline with other competitors in the market.
