Make columns sortable in assets view

While viewing assets by

/admin/rackraj/asset/

I see that they cannot be sorted (I mean by clicking on each column header).

while viewing devices by

/admin/rackraj/device/

each column can be sorted.

 

Can you add sorting capabilities also on assets?

  Hi Stefano,  thanks for reaching out.  Every column should be sortable under assets except for any calculated columns which include Location and Image.  I did notice Building is not sortable so I've put a request in to change that to sortable.  We will notify you as soon as this is complete.

  Hi Chris,

  thank you for your clarification. I way trying to sort Location because I had no way to filter it out so I didn't notice that other columns were sortable.

  Hi Stefano,

  You're welcome sir. No worries.  Adding the filters on the right from your other request with Room and Rack should help with the asset list page as well.  Keep you posted on both changes once they are released.

  Hi Stefano,

  We added Group, Building, Room and Rack filters for the Assets column from version 12.0.0!

  I see that the column Location is still not sortable but filters help reducing the list :)
