Blocking Additions to Racks

We have a situation where we're ending contractual obligations in a certain part of a data center but not others.What we'd like to be able to do is somehow mark a rack as "decommissioning" so that Device42 blocks or at least prompts when people try to add things to a rack we're actively trying to get rid of.  A visual indicator of some type might be nice (change the background of the rack to pink or something) but primarily just the ability to have our techs in line with what our provisioning team is doing is the ultimate goal.

  Hi Doug, extending your need to a general need, I think you may like the idea of tracking rack "statuses" and other related ideas I've posted there regarding racks, Us, etc.
