Jira integration: add assets (and other objects) to selectable CIs

While the JIRA plugin is getting more powerful from day to day, I see that there's room for improvements: currently it does not permit to select Assets but only Racks, Devices, PDUs and Parts.

Generally speaking I would like to relate anything that is on D42 to Jira (the same idea is valid for Confluence).

For example I would to relate a Room for a particular Jira issue that involves only the room as a whole.

A maintenance on a Telco Circuit could be useful from being referenced from a JIRA issue to track for example the outcome of a carrier provider intervention.

Why not IPs, DNS zones, Services, etc... generally speaking anything that is stored on D42 could be part of a JIRA issue assigned to someone or being part of a page stored in Confluence.

JIRA + Confluence + D42 could be a perfect group to achieve FULL ITIL Compliance.
