History API enhancement

HI!

Could you, please, include device_id to history api response? It is already included in GUI (in link at object field), so i think it's pretty easy to add in to api. It's impossible to determine what object had changed in case of object's name change without knowing an object_id.

And additional request for this api - add possibility to get history incremantlly, i.e. "take X events from Y timestamp (action_time)". This might be faster than loading data for whole week or even multiple weeks.
