Alerts for contract end dates

I would like the ability to set up an alert that is triggered when a Contract End Date and/or a Renew By date is within a specific range such as 30 days or 60 days and the status is not "Completed" and an action that sends an email based on this alert.

  Jonathan,

  You can get this done via our reporting. If you go to Reports->Reports->Add report->Devices you will have a drop down that is labeled "At least one Contract End Date in the next:" this drop down will give you the ability to set specific future expiration dates like days, 30 days, 60 days, etc... Then you can schedule this report to be emailed on a frequency you choose. Everyday, only on Mondays, etc...
