  A customer service rep responded to a ticket of mine back in December and mentioned trunk port discovery is being worked on.  Wonder where it is in the priority list and how close it might be to implementation.  My device layout map is pretty much completely broken because nearly every device is on a port channel (we use bonded interfaces for almost everything).
