vServer AutoDiscovery add option for LifeCycle Event for systems not found

For now when a system is not discover on a vServer Autodiscovery run the only options are to Remove the host, change the service level, delete the vm. It would be convenient if a lifecycle event would be possible as well, so we can add actions like Clear all ips, Clear all connectivity, append seconds since epoch to hostname/serial number/uuid, change the service level, change the asset service level, change to not in service.
