Adding/tracking preventative maintenance events to a device lifecycle

I am attempting to schedule and track preventative maintenance on my devices. I have the ability to add a custom preventative maintenance event, but this only allows me to report on past events. When entering the event into a device’s lifecycle we have the ability to enter a date in the future. However, there isn’t a way to run a report on lifecycle events that are coming up.

Can we get the ability to report on upcoming lifecycle events? It could also be helpful to be able to schedule alerts or notifications (email perhaps) of lifecycle events that have been scheduled.
