Subnet Smart Merge Function

Ability to merge subnets like we can for vlans.  Once in awhile, especially when subnets are assigned to a VRF, duplicate subnets are created during my snmp autodiscoveries.  I would like to be able to merge subnets as opposed to going to each IP associated to a subnet & associate to a single subnet record.
