Retrieve JSON list of IP's by tag via API

We use Device42 internally at Atlassian and I want to use it as a source of
 truth for IPAM. But the API endpoint GET /api/1.0/ips/ is sorely lacking in
 use for me.

I need to be able to retrieve a JSON list of IP's by tag. I've read the
 http://api.device42.com/ docs but not found a method to use for this.

Please let me know how I can implement such a search programatically.

  Are you attempting to display data in confluence using the api?  I'd be interested to know how you put table structure/tables around this api data.

  We have added tags filters to IP API call in v7.2.1: http://api.device42.com/#get-all-ips
