Visualize available subnets in a subnet

Device 42 is heavily focused on IP assignment, instead, consider focusing a different view on IP allocation, where allocation is the selection of a subnet(s) to sections of a network, and assignment is tracking of the IP addresses within a particular subnet as the IP addresses are assigned to device interfaces.

This request refers to allocation of subnets with a focus on which subnets are available for allocation.

  This was addressed in v7.2.0: http://blog.device42.com/2015/07/localized-language-support-and-ip-address-management-enhancements-with-v7-2-0/

  We are still looking into addressing displayed subnet depth of more than 8.
