vServer autodiscovery username field limited to 32 characters

Since vSphere 5.5 non-default directories defined in SSO require the domain to be set. As such the service account we would expect to use for auto-discovery is longer than the 32 character limit (41 characters) and so is unable to be configured for authentication.
