checkbox that asks if new VLANs should be discovered/added or previosly discovered VLAN list should be preserved.

  FYI, this isn't a feature request but a report of an inconsistent behavior (aka bug) in the tool, which needs to be fixed.
  It seems like VLANs that have been smart-merged remain unchanged during SNMP discovery (i.e they don't get overwritten), while deleted VLANs get re-added again, i.e the tool "overwrites" them - from my PoV this is inconsistent behavior and needs to be fixed.
