Hi Magnus,
We can certainly work on that. Can you please send an snmp output from the chassis. You can collect that from the appliance manager: http://docs.device42.com/device42-appliance-manager/collecting-snmpwalk-output-for-troubleshooting/
And please email us the walk to support at device42.com.
Also, if you have the MIB files, please share those as well.
Thanks,
Raj

Magnus,
Dell Chassis support was added in v6.5.0: http://blog.device42.com/2015/03/power-circuits-and-ssl-certificate-management-in-v6-5-0-with-openssl-vulnerability-fixes/
Thanks,
Raj

Hello.
This seem to work good now, thanx. The layout representation on device42 is different than how Dell show it, see examples. Dell count it from left to right, devce42 from top and down.
But maybe other vendors count like you to in device42 and this the layout doesn’t match (the data is ok though)
Regards,
Magnus

When Dell chassis support was added, did this include Dell VRTX chassis support?
Thanks

Hi Phil,
Probably not. Can you please send the snmp output from one such device to support@device42.com.
Steps to get the snmp output: http://docs.device42.com/device42-appliance-manager/collecting-snmpwalk-output-for-troubleshooting/
Thanks,
Raj
