Add load-balancer settings to IPAM/Devices

Hi,

I think you should add load-balancer mapping functions to IPAM that will include a mapping of:

1. Virtual server:

Fields:

Name - Virtual server name

Protocol - IP protocol (TCP/UDP/ANY/...)

IPv4 Address

IPv6 Address

Port

Linked to objects:

Application Component - Which application this VS belongs to (Multiple applications can be selected)

Device - on which LB is it configured (Multiple devices can be selected)

DNS Name - Which DNS records are bound to this VS (Multiple DNS records can be selected)

Server Pools - Which server pools are associated with this VS (Multiple server pools can be selected)

2. Server Pool: 

Fields:

Name

Health Monitor

Linked to objects:

Device + IP + Port - Which devices are pool members (Multiple devices can be selected)
