Network path for backups

We currently have the option for SMTP and SFTP. I'd like the option to provide credentials and a network path for the backups to go - we have an NFS mount point I can use, but we don't run SFTP there. 

If something other than SMTP is chosen, it would be good if there were also a backup report that could be emailed to some address on a weekly basis (and alert if a backup couldn't be made)/

  We have added option to do NFS backups in v5.7.5:  http://blog.device42.com/2014/04/nfs-backups-in-v5-7-5/

  Adding a backup report is on our list now.
