Add email address when adding a new LDAP user

It will be great to add automatically email address in the user profile when we create user from Add LDAP/AD group member.We can add bulk user with groups, but when it is done, we need to edit all profile manually to add email address you can use "mail" attribute in active directory for email address or can define the attribute name in TOOLS => Settings => Active Directory Settings if it is different between Active Directory and other LDAP server2/Is it possible to send a "welcome" email to the user when we create it to let him know that he have an account in device42 and he can login with his login ID. Could define the email body message in TOOLS => settings => welcome email message with a custom text using some macro (like login_ID, first_name, last_name for example)

  François,

  We have changed the AD sync process in v5.7.2 to automatically add email address for a user profile when adding a user(Administrator). The process looks for "mail" attribute in AD/LDAP. Welcome email is a good point, and we will discuss that internally.
