Lifecycle Management reports
CompletedFor each device there is the possibility of tracking LM events.
This is a great feature to have all the background on one hardware or device.
However at no point it's possible to extract it.
I typically track purchase date and out of warranty in there as well as parts replacement. I have no way to have a report or even a runbook to list some or all these events.
For me it should be part of the Device or Hardware report page.

Ghislain,
Good point. There are couple of ways today to extract this info, which is not exactly what your are looking for. We will look into adding this to reporting
- From Tools > Exports, you can get all the asset lifecycle events in a csv format. ("Asset lifecycle")
- In v5.5.7, we added a REST API call to get LifeCycle Events : http://blog.device42.com/2014/01/system-generated-permission-groups-and-better-adldap-integration-with-v5-5-7/
And, as I mentioned, we will look into adding this into reporting.
Thanks,
Raj

Ghislain, we have added Lifecycle management reports in v5.7.1: http://blog.device42.com/2014/03/instant-search-tags-and-flexible-html-reports-in-v5-7-1/
You can now filter by events/devices/assets/end users and dates etc. and schedule these reports.
