Active Directory sign-in and error log
Does device42 has some kind of error log, which represents authentication errors against Active Directory? We have one user, which can not log in to device42 with Active Directory credentials. Other AD user in other hand - can log in without problems. Is it possible to debug deeper whats happening with the user during log on process?

When it comes to active directory, authentication is being handled externally(on the AD server). Could you please check the logs on the AD server the user is authenticating to?
You can email us(support@device42.com) the log bundle from appliance manager(Application > Generate Log Bundle) and we can take a look if there is anything logged internally.
