Log in time out
I have the trial version of device42 and keep running in to an issue where one person logs in and then no one can log in to the server after that. There is no error message on the log in screen, instead it just refreshes the log in page. This impacts AD and local users. I have to restart the application so that others can log in to the service.
We just discovered this bug in v2.4.3 couple of days ago. We believe it is to do with secure cookies and we are testing a solution for this. Please give us few day and we would publish a patch after doing some more testing.
This issue has been addressed in release 2.5.0 published today. Since this is an operating system change, you would need to download the new appliance from: http://www.device42.com/download.

For login issue fix, in the appliance manager, please set the fully qualified domain name or IP address that is used to access the software via web console.
