View All Report Schedules

Hello,

We have report schedules running. However I am unable to find where to delete or amend existing report schedules. 

I can view the table of past jobs.

I am the report owner. Is it possible to amend or delete the schedule?

  Hello Ben,

  Assuming it is about the "Advanced Reporting" you need to click on this icon:

  Where you will see all scheduled reports and their status, from there you can delete or edit the exciting scheduled report as needed:

  Yes advanced reporting.

  That table appeared to be a list of previously run jobs rather than scheduled jobs as we have entries going back as far as 2022. The next execute date is empty column.

  
  There are no future schedules listed in this table. 

  May I confirm we should be seeing future schedules?

  Looked like the original setup for the report had already been deleted and the schedule was not running.
  I could flush the table and chose not to.

  

  Creating a new schedule shows it in ready state.

  Hello Ben,

  The Ready state is correct, as seems the next scheduled date is December 8, and the report will be created and sent on that time.
