Add service level option to cloud discovery

Most discovery jobs have the ability to set a service level for discovered devices. However, the cloud discovery job is missing this option.

For our Azure infrastructure, we use separate landing zones for each environment (e.g. dev,test,prod). It would be useful if we could set the service level for discovered devices as part of the cloud discovery job.
