Webhook categories are overwhelming

There are over 400 categories to pick from for Webhook setup, and combined with the 5 event types (add, delete, change, view, login) it's kind of overwhelming to configure.  Also there are some categories that are exact duplicates based on their names... are they identical and just in the list twice, or are they two different things with the same name?

We need some explanation of what's what.

  Hey John, We are looking into this. Right off the bat, yes you are correct, there seems to be a lot of items that can be combined or removed entirely. Let me do some digging and I will get back to you via email.
