OS version added to devices

I wanted to see if there is a way to change the OS Version to match this --- Windows 10, version 2004, codenamed "20H1" as seen below I see there is a way to make the change but I do not want to make this change to 11,000 devices I want to make it only to the OS and wherever that OS is I want it to show the codename in the OS Version field.
