Custom Fields - Hide NULL/Blank fields

Hide custom fields that are blank or have no data. This would only hide the fields in the view screen. Alternatively provide multi-tenacy support for custom fields.

Hiding the fields in this way would all for more specialized custom fields to be made and viewed.
