Add version metadata to agents and/or implement agent auto-update

Windows agent software downloaded from the console at Discovery\Agent Based Scans\Download Autodiscovery Agent does not include version information.  This complicates deployment automation, such as InTune, that leverages version info to determine if an update is needed.  Adding this metadata to the executable would solve this issue.  Alternatively, baking auto-updating into the agent would actually simplify things even more.
