Allow multiple Users within Business Application

Within a Business Application you can add only one Technical Application Owner or Business Application Owner.

Within our company we have some representative regulation that forces us, that every Business Application have at least two owners for the Technical Application Owner and the Business Application Owner.

Can you allow multiple Users within those two fields?
